EMWAC IMS is a freeware Mailserver for Win32. It is really outdated and not recommended for use no more.

	ente.limmat.ch used to run IMS with SCSM Filter, Antirelay Plugin and AVP for many years. It isn't an ideal solution. You may prefer cygwin/exim/ims-pop3s or use a decent os like Debian.
