Lake Silvaplana (near St.Moritz), Switzerland, 1800m above sea level, livecam

Equipment:

49er SUI 171, Sony digital video camera, waterproof casing, bamboo stick, loads of tape.

About the scenes:

  1. Righting the boat after mounting the camera
  2. Genacker set
  3. Pressure fills in (check the noise!)
  4. Jibe
  5. Jibe drop and close hauled
Unfortunately it wasn’t very windy, we will do it again next summer when it’s blowing!
Kids, don't try this at home! If the boat turtles you exceed the max. depth of the camera box...
